During my last period with Whitespace I was in charge of delivering 2
web applications.
For Brunei Shell Petroleum I've built a planning application for
helicopter flights that allowed users to upload flight demand data,
configure rules/priorities, run a scheduling algorithm and see the final
results of the latter in the form of various data visualisation
approaches such as 3D rendering of flight trajections, tables, bar
charts and gantt charts.
The application helped BSP tackle the exact problems they were
looking to solve, namely; wasted helicopter seat capacity and slow
scheduling times.

For the HagaZiekenhuis in Zoetermeer and Den Haag I had the
opportunity to develop a planning application for operation rooms
and hospital staff allocation. The principle was generally the same as
for BSP; present the user with the means to conveniently and
efficiently upload planning demand data, tweak rules and constraints, run a planning scheduler and present the planning and planning statistics in an intuitive interface with interactive line charts, bar charts, statistical widgets and more.
The application significantly reduced the time spent on manually
planning schedules from hours to minutes and resolved imbalances
in operation room sessions distribution.

Together with some friends, we had a try at revolutionising the event
market in the Netherlands by centralising and curating all of the
country's events in one intuitive, native app, for both Android and
Apple, using AI (vector db).
At Bustl I was in charge of developing the native app from end-to-
end, setting up the deployment pipelines, including Expo's OAT
updates, for both the Google Play Store and Apple Store and fulfilling
company management tasks such as doing the accountancy,
interviewing people and contributing to ideation.
The development of the app included features such as, sign up and
login flows, event creation and editing flows, an interactive map with
real-time bounding box calculations translated to events appearing
on panning and zooming, analytics and much more.
Unfortunately, the project has been put temporarily on pause
because we ran out of funds and time.
