• Assessment of roles and classification of them within the new structure in consideration of criteria’s such as: increased transparency of career paths for employees and manager as well as comparability of similar roles

• Recording of the business requirements related to the document management system
• Examination of the functionalities of a new provider and a software upgrade of the current provider in accordance with the recorded requirements
