Project in Mobilink December 2009
The implementation of a strategic multi-phased program Oracle-Siebel CRM for managing all aspects of Customer
Care and to derive the transformation into a leading edge customer focused enterprise. The diverse tasks in this
project were:
- Oracle Siebel CRM configuration, server administration, managing user accounts
- Implementation of Siebel marketing and application administration
- Creation and customization of the database queries and procedures
- Continuous optimization of existing queries
- Monitoring, developing and structuring of database models
- Designing and updating user interfaces
- Participation in post implementation

November/2014 – Master Thesis
Developed an application for the conversion of a graph file (containing EPC models) of business processes to an
EPC XML format (EPML). Java programming language was used to create front end GUI and back end algorithm
to process EPC models and generate EPML format. The Object Oriented concept was used and algorithm was
implemented using different java classes. The new generated EMPL models were saved into local file system and
were analyzed to check their validity against the specification of EMPL models.
