- I led the flagship Product Team that successfully concepted,
developed and launched a product in cooperation with a Big
Pharma company
- My team set the groundwork to translate the company's new data
driven business strategy into the first product strategy
- We revolutionized the development of apps in an agile setting
while still producing the required documentation to receive
approval by Regulatory Authorities
- We built an app that enables people with a rheumatological
diagnosis to master the course of their disease AND that is of
great value for the company and our stakeholders

- I led a Product Team of up to 18 that strove to improve the
creation of disposition plans in freight carrier companies
- We taught the circumstances, rules and restrictions of the
Transport Business to an allocation engine
- We broke the complex process down into an intuitive, simple UX /
UI that allowed dispatchers to easily execute the suggested routes
and to manipulate the target function of the allocation engine to fit
their needs
- Together with our Pilot Parnters, we proved that our product could
increase margins in carrier companies from ~ 2% to up to 12%

- Our PIM was the single source of truth for all product related data

in 4 countries
