Achievements and Insights:
  • Analyzed the current app user flow and created a visual representation of it.
  • Identified areas for improvement within the user flow, enabling stakeholders to collaboratively develop a plan to enhance the product.
  • Conceptualized and designed a personalized shopping experience from the initial app launch, featuring a welcoming animation tailored to pet type and time of day, customized dashboard configurations for each pet type, and additional enhancements. Details are provided below.
  • Tested pet tracking devices to develop an internal company solution, resulting in a detailed user flow utilized by product owners, developers, and various other stakeholders.
