Migration and operationalisation of a Machine Learning Product including MLOps (Dev Lead)

In this project, I migrated a project from a legacy system into a new, Databricks & Spark-based environment that utilizes the medallion architecture. For this project, I:
  • Designed the target architecture 
  • Pitched the architecture
  • Implemented pipelines for:
    • CI/CD Integration
    • Data ingestion, cleaning and preparation
    • Feature engineering & Feature store
    • Model training
    • Model inference
    • Model monitoring
    • Prediction serving

Implementation of an automatic report export
ECE Marketplaces G.m.b.H (Konsumgüter und Handel, 1000-5000 Mitarbeiter)

In this project, I was responsible for designing, implementing, and integrating a solution for automatic report export as a Powerpoint presentation. The data for the slides have been collected from different sources, e.g., geodatabase or API calls.

Design, development and operationalization of a microservice-based application (Dev Lead)

In this project, I designed the architecture for a microservice-based application tailored for the Azure cloud platform. In tight cooperation with the business-oriented partners, I then developed the application using Python and integrated it into an end-to-end system including:

- CI/CD Pipeline (including testing, vulnerability scans, versioning, etc.)
- Access and identity management / User management
- Monitoring and alerting
- Database implementation (SQL)
- Implementation of queues for messaging brokage
- Threat modeling
- Cost optimization
