Immunology and Cell Biology
Expertise in developing immunoturbidimetric assays, proficient in cell cultures, co-cultures, and various laboratory techniques including Maxi Prep, transfections, SDS-Page/Gel-electrophoresis, Western blotting, PCR, and qPCR.

Flow Cytometry
Specialized knowledge in flow cytometry, including panel design, compensation, and immunological readouts. Experience with high parameter spectral flow cytometry for tumor immunology research.

Project Management and Leadership
Significant experience in leading projects, mentoring students, and developing SOPs. Skills in managing progress, making economic decisions, and applying Lean Management, Six Sigma, and Change Management principles.

Molecular Biology Techniques
Knowledge of basic cloning (gateway system), protein purification, and the Seahorse assay. Experience in culture and differentiation of primary immune cells.

Data Analysis and Statistics
Proficiency in R for applied statistics, experience with big clinical datasets, and basics in Java and databases (Access).

Scientific Writing and Presentation
Author of multiple scientific publications and experienced in presenting research at international conferences and workshops.

Clinical Study Management
Basics in running clinical studies based on GCP-Guidelines, including sample assessment, organizing donors as healthy controls, and working with clinical datasets.
