Markus Ernsten (born 1965) has 30+ years of experience in Coaching and Consulting, Business Management, and Product Development. After his time as an R&D engineer of Telecommunication Solutions, his professional career took him through different sales roles and into management positions at international ICT companies. He has broad experience in managing projects and organizations in the fields of product development, sales, marketing, organizational development, and strategic and operational business development with companies such as hardware and software vendors, professional services, and outsourcing. Since 2008, he has worked as a Coach and consultant for organizations and individuals, focusing on Company, Organizational, and Personal Development. As a coach and consultant, Markus addresses entrepreneurs and leadership personalities facing the challenge of the necessary leadership and personal development changes in digitalization and agile transformation. Higher flexibility in Renewables BU, the “EoS” of the previous SAP ERP system, and expected benefits in Management Support Functions and Core Business Operations were reasons for this project. The SAP ACTIVATE approach sets the project structure, and significant Agile coaching, training, and support are required. The Project Management Team and the Development Organization needed to be coached and advised in learning, understanding, and applying the 'Agile Mindset.'
