I love strategic tasks, know my way around all relevant marketing disciplines and enjoy bringing cross media initiatives to life. As a person who likes to challenge the status quo and is goal-oriented I support objectives and optimization based on relevant data and KPIs.
From an organizational pov I support agile teams and love quick decision making and getting things done. No bullshit, no blind actionism, no reports just for the sake of it. I promise and expect radical transparency and communication on eye-level as I believe this is the only way to build a great team.
Although I am totally comfortable and enjoy speaking in front of lots of people I am not the one seeking attention. I am more the „below the radar“ kind of guy and like to focus on actual work.
I am good at working with people and enjoy working with cross departmental teams and managing interfaces. On the other hand I am no „sales rep“ and do not enjoy hardcore selling.
I strongly believe that having fun, being authentic and delivering outstanding results go hand in hand and this is how i approach all business related things. There‘s never a reason to have a stick up your a**.
