Advise customers in their HR transformation journey from legacy systems like PeopleSoft or SAP to Cloud HCM products as well as in helping them to identiy the catch up and öeap frg areas intheir HR processes where they have already transitioned ot a Cloud SaaS system. Instrumental role in creating opportunities for new customers who have implemented Workday HCM but have not caucght up with the newest in line of the featires provided by latest releases in Workday HCM.

Responsibility Responsible for Application Maintenance and Enhancements for Workday HCM - configuring
Compensation framework, providing support and guidance to a geographically distributed
workforce and/or HR Business Community to meet customer requirements, Role Based Security,
User Based Security, Response to queries on Business Processes, BP administration, Mass loads
using EIBs, Biannual Release impact analysis and cut over, Enhancements related to
Compensation grade & profiles, Hire and Change Job, Payroll earnings, Annual performance and
evaluation cycles. Responsible to deliver Workday Functional related incidents, service requests,
corrective CRs and problem management with agreed SLAs. Collaborate directly with key
