I am an Excecutive Professional for Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operational Excellence, Lean Management and General Management. With over 20 years experience in automotive industry and working with customers like Mercedes, BMW, Opel. I worked for medium size automotive suppliers to multi billion size automotive suppliers globally. Design and realization of lean matrial & informtion flows were my main focus, combined with Lean Management and problem solving according the Kaizen philosophy. I mainly worked with SAP MM. Leading mutlinational teams from US, Mexico, Germany, East Europe to China. Ramped up several new plants in US, Mexico and China. I lived in the US during high school time, made my Diploma in Germany and added an Excecutive MBA in General Management at Krannert Business School / Purdue University US. Next to strategic thinking and highly analytical skills I am an hands on typ of person, solution and results driven.
