I'm product Manager and UX Researcher with 10 yesrs experience working in technology, with 5 of it focusing explicitly on product and user experience. My background in UX ensures that I build products that customers love, while my MA in Economics drives sustainable business growth.

I bring a structured, user-centered approach to product development that blends strategic insight, behavioral understanding, and continuous experimentation.   

User-Centered Research & Insight
- I conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative research—interviews, usability testing, and surveys—to uncover real user needs. -
I use frameworks like Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) and behavioral science to go beyond surface feedback and understand the deeper motivations behind user behavior.
- My insights are translated into clear personas, journey maps, and actionable recommendations that guide product direction.  

Experimentation & Iteration
- I design data-driven experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and rapid prototyping, to validate ideas early and often.
- I define and track key metrics like KPIs, OKRs, and engagement benchmarks to measure progress and inform iterative improvements.
- My approach ensures we stay agile, adapt quickly, and prioritize what brings the most value to users and the business.  

Product Strategy & Delivery
- I lead full-cycle product development from vision and strategy to launch and iteration.
- I write concise business and technical requirements, manage backlogs, and work hands-on with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies.
- I excel at aligning product goals with real-world constraints, especially in lean and fast-moving environments.  

Business & Market Understanding
- With a Master's in Economics, I bring a strong analytical lens to product planning—balancing user needs with revenue models, cost efficiency, and market positioning.
- I continuously monitor competitive landscapes and emerging trends, ensuring the product remains relevant and future-ready.
- I support scaling marketing funnels and optimizing checkouts through continuous experimentation and A/B testing.
