I’m a German-American leadership expert with a rich background in organizational and personal development, and over 25 years of hands-on experience.
Working closely with clients across the globe, I’ve gained deep insight into the evolving realities of leadership, collaboration, and sustainable performance. I understand what teams and leaders truly need to thrive: space for reflection, mindset shifts, real skills, and the courage to put them into action.
I design and deliver impactful learning experiences across multiple formats: from talk-show-style workshops and high-intensity development journeys to focused 1:1 coaching and deep-dive labs. At 22, I launched my first training center in Ireland, and haven’t stopped building ever since.
Today, I’m co-founder and partner at Wisdom of Huskies OHG, a boutique leadership and coaching company based in Germany. Together with our handpicked network of senior coaches and facilitators, we support clients like Siemens Healthineers, PwC, Pfizer, Hyundai Motors Europe, as well as public institutions and trade unions nationwide.
I work where real change happens: at the intersection of mindset, behavior, and strategy.

During that time, I worked with clients such as Dresdner Bank, KPMG, Boehringer Ingelheim, ABN Amro, Opel, and even The Libyan Embassy.
Together with my team of 21 trainers, we specialized in delivering business communication programs in English for non-native speakers, covering skills like presentation techniques, stage presence, negotiation, dialogue-based leadership, and diplomacy. I sold the company in the mid-nineties.
In 2022, I co-founded Wisdom of Huskies OHG, a boutique firm dedicated to training and coaching leaders, teams, and organizational goals.
We don’t just teach skills. We design development journeys that are grounded in insight, driven by purpose, and built for lasting transformation.
Together with our clients, we cultivate adaptability, leadership maturity, and behavioral intelligence, embedding the kind of intentional growth that leads to meaningful, measurable, and sustainable impact.
