- Creation of integrated Program and Project plans including aspects such as cost, schedule, scope, requirements, risks, quality assurance, communication & stakeholder management, effort estimation and resource planning.
- Costs Management (Forecast, control and transfers) for Industry 4.0 Project involving about 440 industrial plants distributed Worldwide and 16MM euro budget.
- Responsible to consolidate Worldwide progress and status for all plants in the project.
- Support to the regional Project Managers to setup the projects as well to review, track the plans and escalate issues.
- Directly responsible for Industrial WiFi Coverage Projects in about 130 plants in North America, South America and Asia. For these plants, directly involved in all project phases and areas managing scope, changes, costs, risks, time, quality and communication.
- Technological support to the local teams, contact with Global providers and knowledge transfers.

- Support for a Global IT Services migration identifying the proper server/service owners in case if migration team was not able to find them.
