As the Global Project Manager for the HRIS transformation initiative, I led full lifecycle planning and delivery activities across regions and stakeholder groups. I developed a comprehensive project plan outlining timelines, milestones, resource needs, governance structure, and implementation approach. I conducted a global discovery survey to capture current-state processes, identify pain points, and consolidate business requirements across HR and cross-functional teams.

I facilitated the prioritization of business and technical requirements, coordinating workshops with key stakeholders to align on scope and future-state expectations. I managed the complete RFP process with leading HRIS vendors—including Oracle, SAP, and Workday—overseeing requirements documentation, vendor briefings, evaluation criteria, scoring, and final recommendation.

In addition, I led project cost estimation and budgeting activities to develop a clear financial model. I ensured budget transparency and alignment through regular financial tracking and reporting.

Throughout the project, I executed core project management responsibilities such as risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, program governance, timeline oversight, and cross-functional coordination. My leadership ensured structured decision-making, transparency, and momentum throughout the assessment and vendor selection phases of the HRIS program.
