Built a scalable SaaS platform for measuring and analyzing team and company culture. Implemented scientifically validated assessments to evaluate Cultural Fit and Cultural Add, integrated with over 160 ATS/HR tools, and developed real-time dashboards for HR and staffing agencies. Goal: reduce mis-hires, boost team performance, and foster sustainable culture development.
