DB2 z/OS Specialist for Performance, Replication & Encryption

Glen started employment in September 1988 with International Factors Ltd (Then part of the Lloyds Group) as a Junior DB2 DBA after fnishing his qualifcations in Computer Science at Brighton ITEC.  In July 1995 he left to pursue a career as an independent DB2 Consultant. Since then, he has worked for several large banking and fnancial organisations including Lloyds, HSBC, SBC Warburg, National Provincial Insurance, American Express, Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank and Rabobank.  Glen is currently providing consultancy services for Rabobank in Utrecht, Holland. In this time Glen's focus has been primarily DB2, working in both development and production support roles particularly in Application performance, DB2 Migration preparation, data replication techniques, Encryption and more recently the IDAA (IBM DB2 Analytics Accelerator) for which he has an excellent reputation.  Glen is a highly motivated person with good communication, management and leadership skills. He has always adapted well to all environments he has worked in and quickly become a valued member of the team both for his technical abilities, innovation and friendly personality.
