I am currently working with UMG's Beats & Bytes department, which is responsible for the maintenance and development of ~300 e-commerce stores for Central & Eastern Europe.
My role is to establish the Product Analytics discipline in the department and to accelerate their transition to the product operating model. I run diagnostics and formulate recommendations on how to make the most of the data at hand while also taking care of the execution myself.

Grew the user base in France from 50 to 290 users in 6 months by delivering frequent new product releases (new insights available to users, better data quality, better UX)

analytics tools in the Global CRM business unit.
Achievements
Worked with the Global CRM Managers to understand their needs and delivered solutions built with Adobe consultants: comprehensive CJA report on registered users, custom segments and audiences based on data from various sources (web, email, demographics)

Reversed-engineered how to calculate 10 standard metrics available in the Adobe Analytics UI and developed corresponding SQL queries using the raw data in Databricks. Achievements
Went through a steep learning curve in a few months (intricacies of Google Analytics, GTM and BigQuery; advanced SQL and beginner R; statistics of a/b testing)
Catalogue & Search rebuild project:
Defined the data collection requirements for the catalogue and search front-end experience
Created daily ETL jobs and a dashboard to monitor the rollout. It was used every morning to take further traffic ramp-up decisions
Analysed and provided recommendations for every single country a/b test
Discovered gaps in Zalando’s a/b testing assignment service that biased results
Acted as product analytics consultant in a set of large cross-departments strategic projects called NextGen. I provided knowledge and guidance on a/b testing, data collection and tracking implementations. I created artefacts like an a/b testing roadmap to coordinate teams and avoid conflicts as well as rollout decision documents
Enhanced a data quality report with two email alerts automatically sent to my team via AWS Lambda and Python. Used basic HTML to include charts and tables with the relevant data
