Im Auftrag der IBM Global Consulting - Schweden - haben wir eine Machbarkeitsstudie (Feasibility Study) durchgeführt und darauf aufbauend ein "Template Manufacturing" für den Kunden erstellen.
Anschliessend dem C-level präsentiert, der es dann seinem eigenen Board vorgestellt hat.
Das Projekt war zur vollsten Zufriedenheit des Kunden abgelaufen.

Kunde "Manufacturer of chemicals coating products."
The production site was sold from Sika to Sherwin and Sherwin had to implement SAP S/4 Hana in a very quick way with an external and decentral Warehouse based on brownfield methodology.
That project did not go well, and many issues were raised after go-live.
Approx. 4 months later they had an sales order backlog of “Shipped but not Invoiced” of over 2 million Euro.
I was hired as an emergency crises consultant.
I had to analyze and ensure that SAP and the processes works well / better also together with the decentral Warehouse. After solving this issue, I solved with the business and IT team together other open issues like Product Costing, PP Master Data, MRP Planning, IDOC Handling, etc.
We achieved a better integration to the very weak decentral Warehouse.
All invoices could be successfully generated afterwards.
Project was a very successful mission for the client and increased their "lessons learned".

Management Review of implemented business process solutions. Working on ATP requirements for IC, PP, O2C, etc. Level 3 workshops in ATP for all three provided SAP Systems for the business user and SAP IT people. Parallel to my Management Review, the client hired also BCG for doing the same review. Both results were almost identical. My results did contain more SAP content for a better plan into the next phases.

Project Management Methodology: SAP ACTIVATE – driven by SAP Deutschland.
I was hired by SAP Germany as an SAP SCM Solution Architect and seven weeks before Go-Live to get APO GATP up and running in an S/4 HANA and APO SCM greenfield implementation and in a very complex and certainly not mature project environment.
I was Responsible for all different availability checks within • OTC Sales Order Processing, • PTP Inter Company Purchasing, • PP Co-Packing and using APO GATP functions.
We went successfully Live but had to optimize after the Go-Live the availability check solutions and further settings in S/4 and APO GATP.
Setting up the involved SAP systems and preparing the users in Germany and Luxembourg for the Go-Live.

Technical Integration Check (TIC) for a customer who wants to go-live with SAP CSFG (Cross System Flow of Goods) by connection two SAP ECC systems and one APO system.
Our task was to analyze the complete required CSFG technical environment for • OTC SAP sales processes • Technical NetWeaver settings and • Configuration for CSFG
The client’s HQ company had two affiliates. One in DE and one in NL.
Both with their own independent ECC solutions and with one APO GATP for one of the ECC systems in place. The goal was to ensure that the technical settings are correct and complete and w/o any missing spots.
The result was a TIC Solution presentation and a TIC Report.
