GRP Project :
a portal to manage access to different applications within the Volkswagen group that are used by dealers and retailers.
Team Composition :
1 Team Manager, 7 Ops Engineers, 1 Cloud Architect
Tasks :
- Assist other teams (development team, testing team, integration team) with infrastructure, CICD pipeline topics
- Propose, design and implement infrastructure improvements (performance, security, monitoring, costs improvements)
- Implement and improve monitoring with CloudWatch and ELK Stack (creation of dashboards, alarms)
- Analysis of different problems that can occur on the application or the CICD pipeline
- Maintain the IaC written in Terraform
-Make sure security best practices are applied with the help of Security Hub
- Establish communications between our application and external application
- Automate processes (Lambda, codepipeline)
- Migrate an existing CICD pipeline from bamboo to amazon codesuite(CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline)
- Agile Methodology
- Knowledge transfer to other team members through Q&A sessions
- Post mortem sessions after a problem occur to summarize what went wrong and learn from our mistakes
- Backlog refinement meetings

Watchlist and Doubtful optimized organization process is a project aiming to
organize and digitalize the process of committee organization in which analysts
and other concerned users study the situation of their debtful clients.
GRREAT project:
- GRREAT is an evolution of Wadoop in which we aimed to digitalize the GRR spreadsheet an excel file, a file in which they do an advanced study of the client
- Wadoop/GRREAT project consumes data from an upstream systems through web services and direct access to the database, and it is used only by BnpParibas employees On the technical side, the project is composed of three part: the view part,a security server and a Back-End server
