I’m an independent SAP IS-U Consultant and ABAP Developer specialized in Utilities, with hands-on experience in the German energy market (MaKo/IDEX/EDIFACT). I support end-to-end incident analysis and resolution in complex landscapes, focusing on market communication processes, PDoc monitoring/processing, Klärfälle handling, and interface-related troubleshooting. I’m used to working in production-critical environments, identifying root causes quickly (customizing vs. data vs. integration vs. code), and communicating clearly with both business and IT stakeholders.
My technical scope includes ABAP development and enhancements (BAdIs, user exits, Z-programs/classes, reports), debugging and log analysis, and pragmatic fixes or workarounds aligned with SAP standard whenever possible. I have experience stabilizing processes during go-live/hypercare phases, reducing recurring issues and improving operational reliability.
