Seit über 20 Jahren begleite ich komplexe IT-Projekte und Transitionen – von der Planung und Organisation bis hin zur operativen Steuerung, Kommunikation und Ergebnispräsentation. Meine Erfahrung als zertifizierter Projektmanager (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Six Sigma Master Black Belt) und Agile Practitioner (GWU, PSM II, Flight Levels Guide®, AKC, OKR Coach) erlaubt mir, klassische wie auch agile Methoden situativ einzusetzen und Projekte zuverlässig in Zeit, Budget und Qualität umzusetzen.
