EUC Deskside Support - German Speaking - Schkopau
EUC Deskside Support Engineer is required for a long-term contract position with a major blue chip client in Germany - Schkopau
The EUC Deskside Support Engineer must have the following skills and experience.
- Train end users on usage of computer hardware and software.
- Develop and manage effective professional working relationships with contractor personnel, co-workers and clients.
- Adhere to policies as per corporate manuals and directives.
- Extend computer support for systems' software and hardware.
- Setup computers and install software for various applications and programs.
- Interact with staff on desktop problems and their resolution.
- Helping Central Teams in resolving SCCM/AD/Sharepoint/Printer logic/O365/Application related activities.
- Should have sound knowledge on Desktop and Hardware domains.
- Shoud have sound knowledge on Windows Operating Systems (Windows10)
- Basic network knowledge (LAN/WAN/Wi-FI)
- Assist with Hardware devices with global team(s).
- Assist global team(s) during P1/P2 outages.
