We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer on a 3-6 month contract to join a dynamic and busy international team, based in Munich.
Desirable skills and experience
* Deep Functional knowledge in all SAP HCM Modules specifically in German Payroll and Time Management
* Fluent/Native German Read & Write skills
* To talk to business users to understand the details about the issue for resolving incidents
* To talk to business users to understand the business requirements for enhancements
* Experience in working with incident/problem management as a support analyst in ITIL
* To do out of office support if required
