My client is seeking a technically strong, motivated developer with financial industry experience to evolve a Rates trading application from a tactical Excel/VBA implementation to a strategic platform (python Back End/openFin+React Front End). Candidate must be comfortable working in a fast paced collaborative environment. Project responsibilities include both strategic development and maintenance of tactical solution. Ideal candidate will be proficient in both Excel/VBA and Python as well as possess a solid understanding of Object Oriented programming. Knowledge of Interest Rate Swap market and swap related instruments is a plus.
