Our global Pharmaceutical client are embarking on a carve out project and require an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to work as the Project Integration Manager, ensuring the successful integration of a portfolio of projects currently underway.
This is an urgent requirement and we expect the hiring process to take 1-2 days to be completed.
Responsibilities include:
- Operational planning and tracking of deliverables as per methodology and high-level project plan
- Proactive planning of upcoming project phases and related activities, drive involved teams to deliver according to plan
- Proactive planning of upcoming workshop events
- Drive integration management deliverables such as URL, BPML, test overview lists
- Drive and own overall technical integration (Legacy systems, infrastructure, batch jobs, printers, etc)
- Manage integration between functional teams and/or data migration team in escalation cases - proactively drive resolution by contributing proposals
- Interaction with:
- Global integration management for system landscapes used for projects
- Global release and system change management: CRs in scope, transports, readiness for PtQ and PtP, configuration, soft configuration, etc
- Cross project integration
- Global enabling team: test management
Required Experience:
- Extensive experience with SAP implementation methodologies, understand deliverables per phase, how they depend on each other, how to drive teams to deliver.
- Good understanding of different functional areas of SAP - SCM would be the preference - in order to discuss with functional teams' eye to eye
- Experience with complex Legacy system landscapes (eg non-SAP warehouse systems) and how drive integration through different project phases
- General project management skills
- Pharmaceutical Industry experience
