Cash Reciept duties

A/P transactions

Data Entry

Records organization's business transactions and retains all accounting records.

ndependently prepares a trial balance and is capable of working with accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.

Can prepare month-end journal entries and may perform various reconciliations, including statements, invoices, vouchers, bank and general ledger accounts.

Submits reports of business financial operations.
Requirements:

HS/GED required
-
Min 4 years of direct relevant experience

Must be proficient with computerized accounting software

Strong Excel
