Dear Ladies & Gentleman,We are looking for Test Automation Consultant (m/f) for our client who is a IT supporter for a Telco client in Germany as a permanent employee.
Test Automation Consultant (m/f)
Work Location: Darmstadt / Bonn
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Understand and Analyze software requirements documents (Functional Specification Documents)
• Creation of test automation framework from ground zero
• Develop Code and Fix Bugs on the concerned application.
• To set-up and support test automation scripts and tools
• Test automation feasibility check for upcoming test automation requirements
• Providing status updates and inputs for weekly reports
• Provide inputs to various proactive proposals and technical queries
• Assist leadership team in providing inputs for various new initiatives
• Implementing and maintaining a flexible test-driven development framework
• Developing automated test tools that will run a majority of tests without manual intervention
• Evaluating test automation Framework for product quality utilizing automated acceptance tests, unit tests, and regression tests
• Mentoring the Software Engineer on test automation-driven development practices
• Support Defect Management, Defect Tracking and Defect Reporting activities using HP QC/JIRA etc
Core Skills:
• Expert in Automation Script Development
• Expert in Automation Frameworks including Robot Framework
• Experience with Python, Perl, Java, C++, Shell Scripting
• Experience with Unix & Windows OS
• Experience in Telecom Domain
• Experience in Automation Testing
• Experience with Testing tools like HPQC, Selenium, JIRA etc
• Experience in SQL, Oracle Database, SAP
• Experience with automation tools like UFT (Unified Functional Testing), Worksoft etc
• Experience with Agile and Devops delivery projects
• Fluent German & English required (Read, Write & Speak)
Other Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years in Telecom domain and a minimum 5 years of Testing and Test Automation experience.
• Experience with working in an onsite / offshore team environment
• Excellent communication and people interaction skills
• Master’s or Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication/ Information technologies or related field.
