The job as Quality Manager
We offer a wide work spectrum in the most innovative pharma company. You will lead ambitious and large projects and 2 divisions (in total 11 employees): Data and Art Work (the IT backbone of our organisation) and Quality. How your job will be formalized, that’s up to you. Therefore, this job description might be a bit abstract. Your 3 main focus areas of your job will be:
- Managing teams
- Projects (improvement), like: changing legislations, implementation new clients and internal change controls
- Compliance and contingency: Authority certifications, audit management, quality system
Your departments have a central role in our organisation and are responsible for the maintenance of the compliance standard, the release of raw materials and finished products, for the review, approval and archiving of the GMP documentation, personnel training and management of artwork files and computerized quality data. Your job will have a strong IT focus.
