A global Swiss Bank is looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to be working within Group Technology / Application delivery, specifically in the Tax IT team in Zurich.Workload: 100%

Tasks
• Assess existing set-up in terms of data model (format, attributes, sourcing), cleansing activi-ties and reconciliation.
• Identify gaps and improvement areas against defined target operating model, scalability, ro-bustness and flexibility requirements.
• Prioritize gaps and optimization measures and establish a roadmap to cover tactical and strategic enhancements.
• Specify high level and detailed requirements to close the gaps and implement the enhance-ments.
• Evaluate efforts, and sharpen the tactical and strategic investments required to achieve the roadmap.
• Provide guidance on the target organizational set-up.
• Work with IT functions to deliver requirements where required for implementation.
• Provide documentation of processes and business requirements.
• Work closely with SME's to ensure that risks and issues are highlighted and escalated in a timely fashion for decision in project working groups.
Requirements
• Minimum 8 years experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Proven track record in tax projects.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills.

• Technically savvy with an appreciation for IT capability.
• Adaptable, able to work across teams and functions.
• Fluent in English. German is beneficial but not a must.
