Manufacturing Plateau Lead - supporting a large multi-year Transformation Program

The company is enjoying exceptional growth (30% year on year) with a target of $10B revenue within 5 years.

Launched beginning of 2021 the Phoenix Program will enable the future vision and growth ambitions through global Business and IT Transformation.

As the Phoenix Manufacturing Lead and working with the local manufacturing fabrication sites and senior stakeholders you will be responsible overall process redesign and transformation as well as the management of the setup, design, build and integration of all key components that supports the manufacturing business function as part of the transition to SAP S4/HANA

Key duties
*Deep insights into semiconductor manufacturing processes and best practices
*Familiarity with ERP solutions and standard best practice processes for Manufacturing (SAP Preferable)
*Deep insights of core manufacturing processes including Quality Management (QM), Production Planning (PP), Process Industries (PI), Plant Maintenance (PM), Manufacturing Master Data,
*Understanding of Product Costing (CO-PC)
*Good understanding of semiconductor supply chain and supply chain planning technologies
*Good understanding of MES integration and integration into MES Big Data, Industry 4.0, warehouse management and transport management.
*Strategic and forward thinking and able to see transformational opportunities
*Manage the As-Is discovery process for in scope Manufacturing functions and Gap analysis
*Along with the local manufacturing sites stakeholders, develop and align on the new harmonized and standardized processes
*Align on key decisions with the COO and other senior management stakeholders
*Act as key point of contact across Nexperia Manufacturing for upcoming changes and communication
*Develop the Phoenix manufacturing team drawing on key resources from across the organization
*Identify key resource gaps in the Manufacturing workstream and work with the program to recruit temporary resources to fill these gaps
*Chair the Phoenix Manufacturing steering committee
*Supported by the Manufacturing Project manager, act as the key bridge between the manufacturing workstream and the Program to provide information on all manufacturing related deliverables, milestones, risks, issues and escalations

Key attributes
*Ability to work with historically independent manufacturing sites across Europe and Asia
*Ability to bring together all key stakeholders, facilitate alignment to harmonized processes and mediate deltas
*Excellent communicator able to provide regular reporting updates to executive team members (including CEO/COO) as well as the Program on change progress, new ways of working and the overall delivery
