The Clients Fusion Functional Consultant/Business Analyst (s) is responsible for working with the clients Functional Workstream Leads, documenting the "To Be" business process flows, training materials, UAT test scripts and supporting policies/procedures, to support the transition from Oracle E-business Suite to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
This is a Full time role for a period of 12 months and requires knowledge of the assigned business process areas (Project to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report)
Accountable for working with the clients Functional Workstream Leads and consultancy's Functional Leads to ensure the delivered business solution is in line with defined and agreed clients business processes and identified functional requirements. Specifically:
To document the agreed level 3 business process maps, and create/update associated business policies/procedures
To support the Clients Workstream Leads in definition of any additional or updated policies required to ensure alignment of the overall business solution with key design principles and agreed to-be business processes
Where required, work with the consultancy's Functional leads and clients Functional Leads to prepare options papers with recommendations for submission and discussion with the relevant programme design authorities (SDA and BDA)
To support the clients Workstream Leads to identify and produce descriptions of key business scenarios and sample data for application walkthroughs in line with the agreed project plan
To support the consultancy's functional leads to further refine business scenarios and support these throughout development and testing of the end-to-end business solution in line with the agreed deployment plan and scope
To write user acceptance test scripts, and end user training material supported by the clients Workstream Leads
To fully participate in design workshops, application walkthroughs and user acceptance testing in line with the project plan
To provide inputs in the production of configuration and functional specifications for any identified reporting, integration or identified solutions for other process gaps where such documentation is required
