Xpertise Recruitment are supporting our Leeds-based client in their search for a Java Developer for an initial 6 month contract delivering across a number of key applications and projects. The role would suit someone with skills across Java, Kafka, and AWS.
Candidates must be able to build, support & maintain services that carry real value for our end users. Be a team player and someone who actively collaborates with others. Good understanding of TDD, BDD and current development practices (eg CI/CD, Containerisation, RESTful services, Microservice architecture, code re-use, design patterns etc).

This is a 6 month contract which will be fully remote for the duration of the contract (candidates must be UK based). Extensions are likely as this is a long-term project for a key client
