I am looking for a contractor to join a Digital Transformation Consultancy on a 6 month rolling contract. The day rate is £700 per day and the role is inside IR35. Fully remote. Please read the below and reach out if you would like to discuss the client, project, tech, team and day-to-day work.
Job description:
- Able to build a customer facing chatbot for a large UK commercial bank
- Retail banking customer facing chatbot is built using IBM Watson
- Vision is to move from advice to action' in context to chatbot - eg: chatbot should be able to connect to Back End systems and raise and close tickets
- Analyse customer journeys and create backlogs/ideas for chatbot function - enable effortless customer journeys to fulfilment
- Use best technologies to create state of the art NLP/NLU models and customer facing chatbots - IBM Watson, AWS, google dialogflow, MS Luis etc
- AI, ML, NLP/NLU models
- Conversational design for business users, training, testing
- Conversational AI architect
- Business areas: lending, mortgages, contact centre, customer support etc - commercial banking
