IT System Administrator with extensive Jira/Confluence experience is required by this global media organisation as part of their Infrastructure team looking after Applications, Storage, Servers and Firewalls.
Typically your work will be 70% focused on Jira/Confluence with the remainder assisting the Infrastructure team on the maintenance and monitoring of all networks/security systems. You'll focus on creating Jira projects and Confluence spaces, creating workflows, fields, screens, reports, dashboards based on customer requirements. You will be expected to contribute to the improvement of the Atlassian suite and determine how to optimise/improve Jira process workflows, develop metrics dashboards and advanced filters in Jira and provide user training.
Ideally you can demonstrate experience across -
- Jira add-ons, associated plug-ins and extensions
- In-depth Jira configuration and workflow changes
- Jira RestAPI and other REST based services
- Integration with other tools, automating manual processes, data migration and extracting data for analytics/reporting purposes
- Atlassian architecture understanding
- Powershell Scripting
- Bash, JavaScript, Python, Groovy, Go or Java
