Lead BI Developer/Architect - Insurance - OUTSIDE IR35.
Our client, a rapidly growing insurance business are looking for a Lead Developer/Architect to be responsible for building a BI function from the ground up including end-to-end BI solution architecture, design, development and implementation, building a central data warehouse incorporating multiple data sources and reporting for finance and business performance data. This role can be based from anywhere in the UK.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Extensive background in Insurance;
- Capable of building a BI function from scratch;
- 10+ years BI/Data Warehousing/Data Visualisation experience with a broad knowledge of tools including SQL Server, Oracle, Informatica, Business Objects, PowerBI and QlikView;
- Skilled in BI solution architecture including defining, creating and implementing a greenfield solution;
- Very strong analytical skills; and
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to C-level.
