Architect/Architecture/Analyst/HR/ERP/Employee data/Archiving/Archive/Document Management
Konvergent are about to undertake a huge HR employee transformation with a major UK retailer. We are looking for an Enterprise Architect and two Analysts to support in the Archiving and Document Management spaces.
Our client are reviewing how data is archived and employee documents are stored in their Colleague technology landscape. For this initial phase of the initiative, we are looking for an experienced Architect and Analyst team who will;
- Document and detail the current archiving and document management solutions and practices in place in the colleague area with SWOT analysis
- Understand if Tesco have any enterprise DMS solutions
- Build a list of applications and stakeholders that require an improved/new archiving or document management solution- including, but not exclusive to; Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Goals and Performance, Talent and Succession, Learning and Reporting
- For each of the potential areas detail:
- What and why do they have archiving or document storage requirements?
- Any Legal or Regulations that govern this?
- What data is it?
- How much data will be archived?
- What is the data access requirements for the archived data and what processes do they support including personas?
- What are the confidentially, integrity and availability requirements for the archived data or documents?
- Detail the current landscape and identify potential areas that require an archiving solution or document management solution.
- Develop a high-level strategy for archiving data or managing documents in the colleague space
The next phase of this initiative will be to scope a potential programme and solution to address any of the requirements identified.
