IT Product Manager- 3 months- Gaydon/Remote- £500 Inside IR35
My client is seeking an experienced Product Manager for an exciting 3 month project. You will work alongside the team to help the core IT Commercial domain to provide strategic direction and advice to senior stakeholders across the programme delivering digital services and experience capabilities. Strong experience of delivering entire technology based products from start to finish as well as Project delivery experience covering analysis, design, test, deployment and operation of new products.
The perfect candidate will be an individual who enables speed in decision making through establishing alignment, clarity, appropriate resources, and sense of urgency whilst bringing others along.
Essential Skills/Experience
- Proven delivery capability of complex multi-dimensional and cross functional change projects
- Project delivery experience covering analysis, design, test, deployment and operation of new products
- Ability to successfully interact with senior stakeholders and experience in the use of agile development methodologies
- Experience of leading diverse teams, vendor staff management, mentoring and coaching junior staff to maximise performance
- Proven strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to develop and nurture relationships internally operations and externally with suppliers
- Agile Delivery experience
- Hands on experience of key digital technologies relating to HR, Finance & other Corporate Services
This is a hybrid role- on site visits to Gaydon will be required. The role pays £500 per day inside IR35.
