Key Skills/Knowledge:
Be the delivery owner for one or more key digital delivery programmes within Business Banking.
Own the multi-disciplinary agile teams to deliver best in class new products, services and/or channels to meet or exceed user needs.
Manage programme governance end-to-end, including risks/issues, financials, resourcing, reporting & KPIs.
Lead engagement with the Global Business Banking team and other stakeholders on prioritization and the book of work, clearly articulating the digital product vision and outcomes for customers and the bank.
Lead engagement with IT on the build and design of solutions, including resourcing and prioritization.
Work with stakeholders to establish appropriate governance and controls to manage the deployment considering appropriate risk, legal and compliance requirements
Work with the digital leads to gather, validate and iterate requirements based on regional stakeholder feedback
Understand the commercial strategy and business goals for the product definition and use this to drive the delivery approach
Pro-actively Lead and engage all team members (direct and indirect) to achieve the programme deliverables in accordance with set time frames.
