Our client is a leading international clearing and settlement organisations located in Luxembourg. One opening has recently arisen to join as an Accountant where you will work in the area of accounting operations, consolidation and General Ledger tasks, as well as support the closing process in dedicated areas and prepare the legal reporting.
You will prepare financial statements, liaise with auditors and provide analysis for the financial statements and ad hoc projects. You will also ensure proper application of relevant accounting policies and update accounting policies and procedures as necessary.
Key skills:
- Bachelor in Economics or Accountancy
- 4-5 years experience in the field
- Knowledge of IFRS/Lux-gaap/Bank accounting
- English and French proficiency (German an asset)
- Microsoft, Excel, SAP
- Flexibility and team spirit
