PLM Technical Consultant
We are seeking a PLM (Centric 8) Technical Consultant to join a well-known retail client on a contract basis for 6 months. This role has been deemed Outside of IR35.
It is an opportunity to join a client that is on a journey of digital and business transformation and are investing heavily to ensure future success of their brand.
Responsibilities:
- To manage change requests from the business as required
- Coordination for E2E life cycle of the system and ensuring considerations are made throughout change and upgrade processes
- Carrying out configurations with test environments
- Liaise closely with the 3rd party provider to ensure governance and change control are fit for purpose to go-live
- Triage & incident problem management
- Ad-hoc reporting requests
- Carrying out data uploads for the PLM system
Experience:
- Technical support or technical consultancy experience with PLM Centric 8
- Ability to work across multiple business areas to ensure PLM is fit for purpose
- Strong Centric 8 PLM or Dassault PLM, ideally worked on within a retail or fashion environment
- Able to converse between business and technical departments to ensure best practice and governance are adhered to.
- Ability to support the product and business with Continuous Improvement recommendations with clear rationale
