Beschreibung

IT Support Team Leader-Inside IR35- Full Time Onsite-You must have previous IT Team Lead experience/managed IT Technicians in the past.

-The successful applicant will be required to provide and manage the centralised Helpdesk Facility based at Isleworth and ensure that requests are resolved to high standards and in accordance with agreed timescales/SLAs

-Be responsible for the day to day management of the IT Support Technicians, ensure that they are kept motivated and are working as effectively as possible.

-Log, actively respond to and where possible resolve, technician or user related issues, calls, emails, voicemails etc. via the helpdesk system.

-Experience Managing a Team or demonstrable aptitude in team leadership

-Experience of working in a PC/Helpdesk support role with a sound knowledge of common PC applications, and the ability to assist and explain technical processes to non-technical staff at all levels.

-Excellent knowledge of supporting Microsoft Windows Desktop, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Exchange and Apple OSX products.

-Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy Administration using Windows Server
