Description:
My client are currently embarking on a variety of projects that aim to reduce the risk associated with Legacy technology, there is also a cost saving element of this delivery due to the associated costs of licensing agreement. My clients current Telephony/Contact Centre Solution is Avaya and the organistion is looking to utlise Genesys moving forward. This is a global role out and the Delivery Manager required is for the execution of delivery across the Iberia region. The programme spans across 500 users and is the execution phase of delivery. Requirements gathering and planning of the project have already been undertaken and the client therefore require a delivery manager to carry out the execution phase. Top skills detailed below.
1) Managing multiple work streams within Genesys Project delivery. Consultants need to be able to display tangible delivery of Genesys delivery across multiple work streams. Some of the key elements include Data hook up and Core Flow elements.
2) Analytical skills and ability to communicate project risks. Consultants will need to be able to analyse risks associated with the delivery and will also need to be able to communicate these risks to stakeholders across the globe. This is a very delivery focused role and Delivery Managers need the knowledge to delivering to tight deadlines.
3) Technical understanding of Genesys. Delivery Managers need to be able to understand Genesys to ensure techies do not get carried away. Consultants will need to be able to ask techies questions based on the delivery. Consultants will need to be able to consult on Genesys best practice around integration.
