Day Rate - £pd (inside IR35)
FULLY REMOTE - inside UK
We are working with a Fortune 500 company based in the UK. They are looking for several Cloud/ DevOps Engineers on a contract basis (6 month rolling, with a view to extend).
You will help build out their rapidly expanding GCP (Google Cloud Platform) practice. Having recently moved their infrastructure to GCP, your main focus will be to ensure the GCP platform is optimised and running efficiently
The client will consider fully remote DevOps Engineers who are based in the UK and do not require sponsorship.
Essential
DevOps Engineer/Cloud Engineer background (or something similar)
Broad understanding of GCP (Google Cloud) infrastructure services: GCE, GSC, KSM, VPC, Cloud Load Balancing, GKE, Stackdriver, IAM, et al.
Desirable
- Infrastructure as Code tools like Ansible, Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Experience with CI/CD and related tooling (eg Jenkins, CircleCI, TeamCity etc.)
- Experience with containerisation/orchestration tools like Docker or Kubernetes
- Any certifications in GCP
