1st/2nd Line Support Analyst
£150 - £200 per day - Initial 1 month (very likely chance of extension) - On site in Bournemouth
Our Bournemouth based client have an requirement for a 1st/2nd Line Support contractor to join on an initial 1 month basis.
The client in question can interview this week ahead of an immediate start.
Key experience and skills required for the 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst:
- Supporting IT Manager with 1st and 2nd line queries
- Resolve open tickets and queries
- Resolve customer problems
- Good communicator and able to work with non technical users
