I am collaborating with one of the most exciting fintechs around, who continue to do exceptionally well in a competitive market and are rapidly scaling up, leveraging their powerful platform in the risk analytics space, providing solutions to the pensions and investment market. The company's primary pensions product is leading the market in the UK, and is further gaining foothold in the US.
As a result of this, they have been recently acquired by a global data analytics firm, providing significant opportunities for growth in both their pensions and asset management products.
As part of their ambitious plans they are looking to bring on a skilled Software Developer (C#, .Net) with expert tech knowledge into their London development team, joining an Agile squad responsible for delivering a greenfield cloud-based platform for the asset management markets. The London development team engage in providing independence for Software Developers, encouraging this through implementation of a Scrum methodology.
The tech stack here is cutting edge, with a focus on clean, scalable code and best engineering practices. As this is still greenfield there is a chance to really define the direction and roadmap of this platform, and as a Software Developer you would be able to greatly contribute to the ongoing learning and development environment.
Tech Stack: .NET Core, ASP .Net, Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL, Azure, React
What you need to have:
- Experience developing C# applications on the .NET framework
- Knowledge of ASP.NET web applications
- Source control (Git)
- An understanding of modern architectural principles and best-practices
- Advocate of clean, simple, well structured code
- Pragmatic and level-headed approach to all aspects of your responsibilities
