Talent Acquisition urgently required to work on a 6 Month Contract.Location: Dublin
The ideal candidate will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process including; hiring manager meetings, identifying and screening candidates.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience of recruiting in a corporate or agency recruiting environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of recruiting policies and practices.
- Ability to build relationships, recruit candidates, and influence selection decisions.
- Strong negotiation skills.
