My client, an NHS organisation, are looking for an Elective Transformation Lead to areas to make sure patients needing planned care see the right person, in the right place, first and every time, and get the best possible outcomes, delivered in the most efficient way.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Transformation team (And other parts of the Trust) to map current workflow, and design best future state workflow
- Work with the service to ensure the both current state and future state mapping is appropriate, then work with the business change leads to implement change
- Work across multiple parts of the Trust, and liaise with staff at all levels
- Standardise routes of care, and tools used within those pathways
You must have worked in an NHS setting previously.
