Business Analyst APTOS Freelance Remote
Robson Bale are looking for a Business Analyst with APTOS Replenishment experience to come on board for an initial 6 month remote contract.

Professional
5+ years business systems analysis experience for large projects or programs of work, and/or related Merchandising/Supply chain business experience
Experienced and versed in working agile (scrum/SAFe) and as part of a scrum team, you will support the product teams to break down work and translate requirements into functional specifications using an appropriate method (eg backlog creation, user stories, as-built functional documentation etc.).
Experience from retail, fashion or FMCG industry
Solid understanding of Merchandising and planning, preferably in an international environment
Assess and document the current state of business functions and processes to identify and recommend improvements, including the application of User and customer journeys
Experience in conducting interviews and workshops for requirements gathering and validation including working with internal customers and both internal and external technical experts
Effectively communicating requirements to stakeholders, managing conflicts, issues and changes in order to ensure that stakeholders and team members remain in agreement on solution scope
Contribute to the assessment of dependencies and associated risk and compliance implications of requirements and solutions
Support System Verification Testing and User Acceptance Testing activities
Technical
Hands-on experience with APTOS Replenishment module
Experience in requirements gathering for Data - load, transformation, extract, and reporting.
Good communication & documentation skills, able to bridge the gap between business (product owner, business BA.) and technical teams.
Big Data/Data Warehousing experiences. Proficient in SQL.
Experience with agile planning tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, )
Ideally, you will be good at Data and Analysis of data from a Business Analyst standpoint
