Medway Application Support Engineer- 6 months - Inside IR35
An NHS Trust are looking to add an Medway Application Support Engineer to an existing team to assist with BAU Issues, Support systems, Systems Administration and some project work - specifically working with the Medway System C Patient Administration System (PAS).
To be consider for the Application Support Engineer role, you must have experience in the following:
- Medway - System C Application Support
- Experience supporting the Medway System C Patient Administration System (PAS)
- Generic NHS PAS support experience
- Experience in Medway System C upgrade
- Provide 1st and 2nd Line support on general NHS applications
- Look at fault diagnostics, not just perform fault resolution
- Experience in both Projects along with BAU Support
- Any Medway System C testing experience would be an advantage
- Monday - Friday - no on-call or weekend work required
Although Medway is the prime experience the Application Support Analyst would require, any experience in similar PAS would be considered.
This is a 6 months contract, with an immediate start for the right candidate - however, they will wait up to 2 weeks for the right candidate
